At the end of each 30-day cycle, your subscription will auto-pause. Any unused tasks will carry over into the next 30-day period, allowing you to continue from where you left off. If you don’t renew your subscription within that additional 30-day period, the queue will reset, and unused tasks will be cleared.

This gives you the flexibility to revisit and update priorities while ensuring we stay organized on our end.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with the result, so we handle any revisions before moving on to the next project in the queue. These revisions will still be counted within the 30 days you’ve already purchased.

Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime by sending us an email, as long as there are no active projects in the queue. When you pause, you have 30 days to resume and continue using the remaining days of your subscription. If you don’t renew within those 30 days, the remaining days will expire, and the subscription will reset.

If something’s going to take longer than expected, we’ll let you know right away and keep you updated every 48 hours. Delays caused by client feedback will naturally extend timelines, but we’ll work with you to stay on track.
