3. 30-Day Subscription Plans

Plan Duration:

Subscriptions are based on 30-day periods, beginning on the date of payment confirmation and the completion of the initial discovery call.

Task Queue System:

Projects are managed on a task queue basis, as specified in the selected subscription plan. The number of active tasks and turnaround times vary by subscription tier.

Unused Tasks:

Unused tasks may roll over to the next 30-day period only if the subscription is renewed within 30 days of the prior period’s end.

Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in the queue resetting, and any unused tasks will be forfeited.

Revisions:

Revisions are included as part of the active 30-day subscription period. All revisions must be requested and completed within this timeframe.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance to activate your 30-day plan.

• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.

• Snabbit reserves the right to suspend services for late or failed payments.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Deliverables: All completed designs and deliverables become your property upon full payment.

• Portfolio Use: Snabbit retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Third-Party Materials: If third-party materials are used in deliverables, ownership rights may be subject to the terms of those third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide all required information, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines.

• Communicate promptly regarding revisions or approvals.

Snabbit is not responsible for delays or missed deadlines caused by your failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Snabbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of its services.

• Snabbit’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific 30-day plan under which the claim arises.

You agree to indemnify and hold Snabbit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Site or services.

8. Termination

Snabbit reserves the right to terminate your subscription or access to the Site for:

• Violations of these Terms.

• Misuse of the Site or services.

If you terminate your subscription, any remaining time or tasks are subject to the terms outlined in Section 3: 30-Day Subscription Plans.

Misuse of the Site or services may result in immediate termination without notice, and legal action may be taken.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, specifically under Sharjah’s local authorities and the UAE Federal Law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
