  • Green Talent Advisory, a human capital advisory firm, approached us to develop a brand identity that would reflect its core mission of revolutionizing hiring and retention practices. The client was looking for a brand that feels approachable, structured, and clean, while also standing out in a competitive market. They needed a strategic identity that would help them connect with potential clients and partners as well as the talented professionals they place within these organizations.

  • To ensure the brand would stand out and resonate with Green Talent Advisory ’s target audience, we started by conducting a deep dive into the competitive landscape. We analyzed the visual language and messaging of key competitors, noting their use of formal and rigid branding.

    Using these insights, we crafted a unique visual identity that integrates the client’s core values of transformation, innovation, and strategic human capital management. We then designed an icon inspired by the concepts of Hands, Leaf, Eye, and Fingerprint—symbols of growth, perspective, insight, and individuality. This icon visually represents the client's transformative and collaborative approach to workforce development.

  • We rolled out the foundational brand assets that would allow Green Talent Advisory to connect with both businesses and talent, while also establishing a strong and consistent brand presence.

    The new brand identity for Green Talent Advisory has positioned them as a forward-thinking, human-focused firm that drives transformation in hiring and retention practices while also providing support to the talent they place.
